OR Business Management Conf

The 2015 OR Business Management Conference will take place February 15-18, 2015, at the Hilton Orlando in Orlando, FL. This interactive, informative conference provides participants with the opportunity to learn about the most up-to-date operating room (OR) practices, develop ways to optimize efficiencies in surgical services, and network with fellow industry professionals and colleagues. The focus is on developing and improving critical thinking skills, as well as understanding cost components and the overall financial management of the OR. During group breakout sessions, attendees will work on projects to hone their strategic planning and problem-solving skills.
